DYKE-FOOT WATERWAY STRUCTURE, DYKE REINFORCING DRAIN STRUCTURE AND DYKE REINFORCING DRAIN CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the maintenance of a dyke without a hindrance, and to reduce the running cost of the dyke in a dyke-foot waterway structure installed at the toe of a back slope of the dyke for a river or the like. SOLUTION: A base cover block 31A being composed of concrete and having an inverted U-shaped cross section is placed detachably on a drain-gutter block 32 being composed of concrete and having a U-shaped cross section. Accordingly, the block 31A functions as a scaffold for maintaining the dyke 1. Water seeping into a dyke body 2 is introduced and drained into the dyke-foot waterway structure 3A from a water-collecting port 32a.
