PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a urine going along a western style stool and leaking enters between a floor and the stool and is difficult to clean. SOLUTION: A headband-like article, on which paper or cloth for a urine sealing section is attached, is installed to the lower section of the western style stool, thus preventing a leakage.
