PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the staple supply mechanism of an electromotive stapler capable of continuously supplying connected staples housed in a laminated state from a housing part and preventing the locking of a feed pawl with the connected staple of the second layer. SOLUTION: The feed pawl 21 is formed so as to reciprocate along a staple guide 18 to be driven forward from the position lockable with the connected staples in the staple housing part 17 and a regulation means 30 is formed to regulate the rearward slide stroke of the feed pawl 21 so that the feed pawl 21 is not locked with the connected staples in the staple housing part 17 at a usual time.
