PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle boiling unit with which boodle boiling work can be continuously done for a long period of time without stopping boiling of hot water even when clean water is continuously added to the boiling water in an inner pot. SOLUTION: This noodle boiling unit has: a lateral groove 4 set on a side wall periphery part of the inner pot 1 to receive drained water overflowed from a draining part 11 formed by cutting off a part of the upper part of the inner pot 1; a first heat exchanging water passage 6 which is formed into a coil shape by winding a pipe material and is laterally disposed in an exhaust passage 21 of a heating device 5; a second heat exchanging water passage 7 which is formed into a coil shape by winding a pipe material and is disposed in the lateral groove 4. Furthermore, in this unit, clean water is heated by exhaust heat and drained hot water during passing the first heat exchanging water passage 6 and the second heat exchanging water passage 7 and supplied into a jacket (copper jar) 3 and the high temperature clean water in the jacket 3 is continuously supplied through a hot water port 8 into the inner pot 1.
