<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separate type print system capable of forming and printing a print image suitable for widthwise print and of forming a label easily and quickly, and to provide its data processing method and program and a storage medium. <P>SOLUTION: Any one of longitudinal print or widthwise print is selected and a print image is printed on a tape by means of a tape printer 1 based on communication data being fed from a data server (personal computer PC or the like: feeder) DS to a tape printer 1 (1B, 1C) through an interface IF and then the tape is cut in the widthwise direction thus forming a label. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
