<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water storage type water heater with a heating function capable of minimizing the use of the hot water of high temperature for heating, and reducing the energy used by a heating means. <P>SOLUTION: This hot water storage type water heater with the heating function has a hot water storage tank 110 for storing the hot water of high temperature heated by the heating means 120, a first circulating circuit 130 circulating outside of the hot water storage tank 110, a heating device 140 having a second circulating circuit 141 where a heat medium is circulated, and performing the space heating while using the heat medium as a heating source, a heat exchanger 150 for heating the heat medium by the hot water of high temperature of the first circulating circuit 130, and a valve mechanism 144 for opening and closing the second circulating circuit 141 in accordance with a temperature of a specific part 142 of the heating device 140 to keep the temperature of the specific part 142 at a target temperature. A control means 160 is mounted to change a temperature of the heat medium supplied to a heating device 140 side and an opening and closing cycle time of the valve mechanism 144 by adjusting the circulation flow rate of the first circulating circuit 130 after the temperature of the specific part 142 is saturated to the target temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
