ELECTRONIC FORM SYSTEM PROVIDING FORM HAVING VOICE INPUT FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic form system which relieves user's the burden of inputting an electronic form by enabling voice inputs having an easy-to-use voice interface.

SOLUTION: The electronic form system is provided in which an interactive input function of the following configuration is described with VoiceXML: (1) the order of inputting items and the contents of voice guides urging their input are determined and the user inputs to an electronic form by voicing the input items in order according to the programmed voice guides; (2) the voice guides may be omitted and the contents to be inputted may be sequentially voiced in the determined order of items; (3) the user is allowed to select either (1) or (2); and (4) the first input is made by voice and a screen interface is used for confirmation and correction.
