PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a copolymerized polyetherpolyol by the ring-opening copolymerization of two or more kinds of cyclic ether compounds and the like, by which the copolymerized polyetherpolyol can be produced at a high reaction rate in a high yield and in a mild state wherein the copolymerization reaction can easily be controlled. SOLUTION: This method for producing the copolymerized polyetherpolyol, comprising ring-opening-copolymerizing two or more kinds of the cyclic ether compounds with a carboxylic acid and/or a carboxylic anhydride in the presence of a catalyst is characterized by using borofluoric acid as the catalyst, controlling the amount of water introduced into the reaction system to≤1.00 wt. % based on the total amount of the carboxylic acid, the carboxylic anhydride and the borofluoric acid introduced into the reaction system, further controlling the water so that an amount obtained by subtracting the amount of water consumed on the reaction of the carboxylic anhydride with the water to produce the carboxylic acid, from the above-mentioned amount of the water, is≤0.25 wt. %.
