PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive for dry lamination of a plastic film which is excellent in adhesive properties and antistatic properties and copes with environmental problems, and a composite plastic film using the adhesive. SOLUTION: The adhesive for dry lamination comprises a water-dispersible polyurethane resin having a carboxy group in its side chain and an antistat incorporated therewith. A water-dispersible polyisocyanate is used as a crosslinking-curing agent for the water-dispersible polyurethane resin, and a mixture of a quaternary ammonium salt betaine with a metal salt of an electrolyte is used as the antistat. The quaternary ammonium salt betaine is an alkyldimethylaminoacetic acid. The composite plastic film is compounded using the adhesive. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
