PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevating device with an elevating load lift such as an elevating box not vibrating. SOLUTION: This device comprises a first fixing shaft 4 and a second fixing shaft 5 having an external spiral part 3, a first elevating element 7 and a second elevating element 8 internally provided with rotors 6 screwed into the first fixing shaft 4 and the second fixing shaft, an elevating element connection beam 9 formed by connecting the first elevating element 7 and the second elevating element 8, a drive means 10 fixed to the elevating element connecting beam 9 for rotating the rotors 6, 6, hanging means 11a-11d hung from the elevating element connection beam 9 by the elevating element, and a load lift 12 composed of an elevating box, on which a person put, held at the hanging means 11a-11d under a hanging condition.
