PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out selective manufacture of the free type or fixed type at a low cost in a clamping device constituted by connecting two pipe clamps to each other. SOLUTION: A connecting means 3 for connecting the clamps 1, 2 to each other comprises a burring hole 13 projected outside from a base member 4 of one clamp 1 and having a rising peripheral wall 12 of square cylinder shape, and a burring hole 15 provided in a base member 4 of the other clamp 2 to allow the rising peripheral wall 12 of square cylinder shape of the burring hole 13 to pass through. The tip peripheral edge part of the rising peripheral wall 12 of square cylinder shape of the burring hole 13 passing through the burring hole 15 is curled outside to connect both clamps 1, 2.
