PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber suitable for underwear, etc., owning to its excellent refreshing feeling, handling feel and touch to the skin and provide a cloth and an underwear produced by using the fiber. SOLUTION: The fiber contains a resin mixture composed of a polyamide-based elastomer A containing polyamide 12 as the hard segment and polyethylene glycol as the soft segment and a polyamide-based elastomer B containing polyamide 12 as the hard segment and polytetramethylene glycol as the soft segment.
