PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to maintain a posture by which the respiration passage is not narrowed by placing a back supporting bedding on the back during sleeping. SOLUTION: A slip-preventive processing 4 is applied on a first surface of an elastic block material 1 having a triangular prism shape. At the same time, a second surface is formed into a high rebounding urethane foam 2 surface, and a third surface is formed into a low rebounding urethane foam 3 surface. Then an angle of the low rebounding urethane foam 3 surface to the slip-prevention processed 4 surface is formed to be steeper than an angle of the high rebounding urethane foam 2 surface to constitute this back supporting bedding. A fabric cover 5 is placed on the total surface of the elastic block material 1, and the slip-preventive process 4 may be applied on the fabric cover 5 corresponding to the first surface.
