The overrunning clutch has a bracket and a pulley drive, is mounted at least in a bracket and has a belt pulley. When the machine is being operated by the internal combustion engine (2) the electric motor (3) is driven in idle mode and when it is being operated by the electric motor the engine is isolated by the overrunning clutch.
