FIELD: equipment for heating furnaces. ^ SUBSTANCE: the device has transporting rollers made of high-temperature ceramics, attachment fittings of the rollers, roller rotation assemblies and a rotation drive. The attachment fittings of the rollers have profiled metal tail pieces installed on the outer surfaces of the rollers. The roller rotation assemblies are made in the form of supporting bearings installed in bodies. The attachment fittings and the rotation assemblies are installed outside the zone of furnace heating. The tail pieces are made with bulges and provided with heat insulators made in the form of ceramic circular sections and installed between the outer surfaces of the rollers and the inner surfaces of the tail pieces, and plate metal radiators rigidly fastened on the outer surfaces of the tail pieces. The roller attachment fittings are provided with intermediate bushes installed on the tail pieces and passing through the bearings, and axial tension blocks installed on the tail pieces in the gaps between the bulges of the tail pieces and the end faces of the intermediate bushes. ^ EFFECT: reduced level of production power consumption for thermal treatment of long-sized products, enhanced reliability and durability of the equipment, enhanced quality of treated products. ^ 5 cl, 2 dwg |
