FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as distributing mechanism for piston-type expansion machines, mainly, pneumatic motors with in-line cylinder block. Proposed spool-type distributor of pneumatic motor contains rotary cylindrical spool installed in bore of cylinder head in body of which bypass channels are made communicating intake ports in head from side of cylinder space with intake pipeline, and sealing elements. Channels are made in head coaxially and diametrically opposite to intake ports being connected with intake pipeline, and bypass channels in spool body are made blind, in form of metering chambers, with possibility of changing volume, being periodically connected in turn with intake channels and intake ports. Sealing elements includes spring-loaded sealing bushings made of self-lubricating material with additional of molybdenum bisulfide installed opposite to each other in bores of head from side of spool coaxially with intake channels and intake ports, end face surface of which in contact with spool are made with radius of curvature equal to radius of spool and mating with cylindrical surface of bore for spool in head. Ring seals seal spool and bushings in bores relative to head. Ring seals of spool are arranged symmetrically to cross plane passing along axis of pair of opposite bushings at distance exceeding radius of bore for bushing. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability in operation. |
