NOVEL NUCLEIC ACIDS FROM SESAME PLANTS

摘要

Novel nucleic acids derived from the 5~ untranslated regions of the 2S album in and 11S globulin genes from sesame are disclosed. These novel nucleic acids can be used to direct expression of coding nucleic acids. Expression constructs can be introduced into a plant cell to generate a transgenic plan t cell or to generate a transgenic plant.
