<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine bubble generator which can stably be supply a liquid mixed with a relatively large quantity of fine bubbles in both cases of a gas pressure-feeding system and a natural gas suction system. <P>SOLUTION: In the fine bubble generator 10, the inside of a casing 1 is provided with a cylindrical gas-liquid swirling chamber 2, the inner circumferential face of the central part in the gas-liquid swirling chamber 2 is provided with a gas introduction part 4, the parts toward both the ends and interposing it therebetween are provided with two liquid introduction ports 3, and the opening parts of the liquid introduction ports 3 and the gas introduction port 4 are connected with liquid introduction tubes 3a and a gas introduction tube 4a respectively. Partitions 1a of both the end parts in the gas-liquid swirling chamber 2 are each provided with a gas-liquid discharge port 5, and a gas-liquid guide member 6 is arranged at the position opposite to the gas-liquid discharge port 5. The gas-liquid guide members 6 are connected to the partitions 1a of the casing 1 via square pole-shaped connection parts 6b in the four corner parts thereof.
