<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content sending system capable of efficiently collecting distributed questionnaires in a way suitable for users and the distributor of the questionnaires. <P>SOLUTION: The content sending system 1 adds questionnaire information accepted from a distributor to contents when sending the contents. When answer information for the questionnaire information sent is received from users, the answer information received is sent to the distributor and it is determined whether or not the answer information meets a predetermined level of satisfaction. Information about a claim to the user for the delivery fee for the contents is reported to the distributor. This enables the user to easily answer the questionnaire and the distributor to obtain the appropriate answer information while reducing irresponsible answers.
