PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency light lighting device including a guide light lighting device capable of being used in correspondence with several kinds of alternating-current input voltages, avoiding duplication of devices by realizing common use of a regular-use power supply device and an inverter part used at power stoppage, reducing the cost of components, alleviating man-hour in large scale at assembly of fixtures. SOLUTION: An alternating current power source AC is rectified and boosted, and a fluorescent discharge lamp La is lit by inverters Q2, Q3 with a voltage at both ends of a boosted electrolytic capacitor 5 as a power source. The device is provided with a boosting means for boosting an emergency power source (not shown) when a detecting means (not shown) detects stoppage of the alternating current power source AC, and switching means 71, 72 for switching the power source for the electrolytic capacitor 5 from the power source obtained by rectifying the alternating current power source AC to the power source boosted by the boosting means. The emergency power source is provided with a secondary battery, and a charging circuit (not shown) charging the secondary battery by divided voltages of capacitors 59 to 61 dividing the voltage at both ends of the electrolytic capacitor 5.
