PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an existing pipe part repairing method of a regenerated pipe capable of preventing the occurrence of a crack with the elapse of time after execution by simple and inexpensive regeneration work. SOLUTION: A profile comprising a strip-like member is spirally wound to preform a lining pipe R in a cylindrical dummy pipe so as to become a cylindrical shape of which the diameter is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the repairing region Xa of an existing pipe X, and after the cross-sectional shape of the lining pipe is contracted into a pleated shape by a deformation device, this lining pipe is introduced into the existing pipe from an upstream manhole M1 to be laid in the existing pipe and subsequently heated and expanded by sending steam into the gap between the lining pipe and the existing pipe. After a packer P is inserted in the expanded lining pipe in a contracted state and compressed air is injected in the packer to restore the shape of the lining pipe.
