摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting quantitatively an analyte electrically, and a small-sized device by the method. SOLUTION: This method for detecting the one or more analyte(s) by a recognition reaction is a method using a device with an electrolyte-filled space, having at least one measuring electrode, optionally with an insulating region (insulator layer) neighboring to the measuring electrode, recognition molecules immobilized on the measuring electrode and/or the insulator layer adjacent to the measuring electrode, and a counter electrode. An electrical conductance or an electric resistance between the measuring electrode and the counter electrode is measured as a function of a development time, and a time profile of the electrical conductance or the electric resistance is analyzed.
