PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a rotor core steel plate for higher rotational speed, using a flat rolled magnetic steel sheet with low calorific value and low iron loss at high-speed rotation. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the rotor core steel plate having magnets therein, comprises a step for processing and hardening parts 11, 12 of bridge portion 15, 16 holding the magnets in one rotor core steel plate and a step for heating the processed and hardened rotor core steel plate to a prescribed temperature.
