PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that real-time images can not be viewed in time shift reproduction because live images and time shift images can not be simultaneously displayed. SOLUTION: An inputted image and a recorded image can be simultaneously displayed. Since sound to be reproduced can be switched to real-time images and recorded images, a news flash can be displayed by real-time sound without delaying it. Images on positions before and after the position of a video signal being displayed at present only by specific time can be reproduced.
