PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-output oscillator having such a structure that when two high-frequency output signals are opposite in phase, their balance is hardly lost and the high-frequency output signals are hard to leak to other high-frequency circuits. SOLUTION: The two-output temperature compensate crystal oscillator (TCXO) 1 has a package 8 nearly in a rectangular parallelepiped shape. On the bottom surface 8a of the package 8, a 1st output terminal 2, a 2nd output terminal 3, a power terminal 4, a ground terminal 5, and a control terminal (not shown) are provided. The 1st output terminal 2, 2nd output terminal 3, power terminal 4, and ground terminal 5 are linearly arranged side by side along the long side of the bottom surface 8a of the package 8.
