PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system for presenting information in response to a detected visual symbol. SOLUTION: An information delivery method related to this application is related to: identifying a graphic symbol in an electronic image; transmitting the graphic symbol to a database of existing graphic symbols; checking the graphic symbol against one of the existing graphic symbols; and transmitting information related to the graphic symbol to the electronic image.
