摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for a vehicle which surely detects illumination in front of a vehicle while meeting optimum display conditions. SOLUTION: This display device for the vehicle for displaying information such as a traveling speed of a vehicle B in a front visual field from a driver's seat is provided with: an information display 1 electrically connected to a circuit board 14 and displaying the information by light emission; a holding member 2 for housing the information display 1 and the circuit board 14 and holding them in a desired position in the vehicle B; and an optical sensor 3 arranged separately from the holding member 2 and connected to the circuit board 14 through a wiring cord 16.
