FIELD: refractory materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of refractory cast concretes, vibration-pouring masses prepared from aqueous suspension using casting techniques. Objective of this invention is developing composition of effective thinning additive for high-alumina refractory concretes, which would allow achieving considerably stronger thinning effect at lower content of additive added. Composite thinning organomineral additive for ceramic and refractory molding systems including 50-90% sodium tripolyphosphate and 10-50% resorcin-containing plasticizer can further contain 1-3% of plasticizing refractory clay. Preparation procedure comprises providing coarse-grain constituent and binder in the form of preliminarily obtained bauxite-based high-concentration suspension of refractory component, mixing them, and molding using vibration-pouring or casting, wherein, immediately before pouring, molding mix is supplemented by above-defined organomineral additive. The latter can be introduced simultaneously or separately in any order in the form of powder or solutions with density 1.10-1.30 g/cm3 in proportion 0.02 to 0.1% of the weight of solids in suspension. ^ EFFECT: achieved higher degree with thinning at lower amounts of additive. ^ 3 cl, 3 tbl, 3 ex |
