FIELD: measuring engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: flow meter-counter comprises housing, vane swirler, receiver-converter, and straightening wanes. The central section of the vane swirler is provided with the additional vane swirler which swirls the flow in the opposite direction. The housing is provided with the round groove located upstream of the vane swirler. The grid made of a bimetal and provided with mad collector is mounted downstream of the groove. The curved grooves are made in the inner surface of the diverging section of the housing between the receiver-converter and straightening vanes. The direction of the curvature of the grooves is opposite to that of the swirling of the vane swirler. The profile of the curved grooves is made of a dovetail for additional removing of fine particles of rust and scale from the flow to be measured. ^ EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability of measuring. ^ 3 dwg |
