FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has articulated spring-loaded branches and working lips manufactured as parallel plates one of which has cutting edge inclined with respect to an opening available in the other plate. The plates forming working lips are arranged in parallel to branch axes and are tightly engageable with flat internal surfaces to each other allowing relative sliding. The plate having opening has tubular boson the outer surface which lumen is in perpendicular relation to lip surface and transits into the opening on its external surface. ^ EFFECT: simplified design; improved functional properties. ^ 6 dwg |
