PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize inter-vehicle communication as intended by a user by preventing the acquisition of information from being made unavailable in an early stage due to long period traffic jam or the like. SOLUTION: An inquiry signal in which the relay number of times counter showing how many times inquiry signals have been relayed is added is received (S210), and the relay number of times counter is incremented (S240). Then, when the number of times of relay from the relay number of times counter is not an upper limit value (S250: No), and its own vehicle is not the first vehicle or the last vehicle (S260: No), an inquiry signal is relayed to a vehicle in front of (or behind) its own vehicle. On the other hand, when the number of times of relay reaches the upper limit value (S250: Yes), information showing that the number of times of relay has reached the upper limit value is added to a response signal and is transmitted to the vehicle which has originally issued the inquiry signal (S290).
