PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque measurement device capable of finding torque according to a rotation speed by a simple and accurate method. SOLUTION: This torque measurement device for an electric motor having a stator and a rotor has: a holding device for holding the stator of an electric motor test body; a drive device for the rotor; and a torque sensor connected to the drive device.
