PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruding container capable of securing airtightness in a housing part for pharmaceuticals, and the like. SOLUTION: This airtight extruding container is equipped with a cylindrical body 2, a cap 3 installed onto the leading end side of the body 2 in an attachable and detachable manner, a cylindrical rotation operative part 4 installed onto the base end side of the body 2 in a relatively rotatable manner and unrotatable in the axial direction, a receiving tray 5 installed within the body 2 in a relatively unrotatable manner and rotatable in the axial direction and a drive mechanism which moves the receiving tray 5 in the axial direction to the body 2 by rotatably operating the rotation operative part 4 to the body 2. The inner surface of the body 2 constitutes a cylindrical surface. A sealing part 17 is formed to come into airtight contact with the inner surface of the body 2 on the periphery of the receiving tray 5. A leg part 14 stretching toward the base end side within the diameter direction beyond the sealing part 17 is provided in the receiving tray 5.
