PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine that is structured so as to increase reserved balls at a stroke and that provides an improved interesting property due to the addition of playfulness and pleasure. SOLUTION: The pachinko game machine is structured so as to allow the reserved balls to be betted on a lottery for increasing the reserved balls when the number of reserved balls reach a prescribed number. The machine is provided with a BET switch 11 for a player to determine the number of balls to betted within a prescribed limit of the reserved balls and a multiplication rate setting switch 10 by which the player can select a multiplication rate of the reserved balls. A lottery process is performed to determine the increase or the decrease of the reserved balls by a lottery, and on the basis of the result of the lottery, the result of the lottery for an increase of the reserved balls is determined by patterns corresponding to the result displayed in a pattern display section 13 on the basis of the lottery.
