The invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to the structure of mechanisms for chemical and thermal treatment of metal articles. A process line for the thermodiffusion applying coatings on the metal articles contains articles storage, mechanism for articles loading and unloading, unit for loading and unloading working charge, comprising mixer and hopper, furnace with retort disposed therein which have a possibility of rotation around its longitudinal axis and storage device for processed articles, a mechanism for forced cooling the retort disposed between the furnace and the unit for loading and unloading the working charge, containing housing for disposition of retort with an opportunity of axial rotation thereof and air conduit which is connected with air supercharger; the furnace is made with roll-out bottom, along the external surface of the retort body longitudinal ribs are made, and on the internal surface of retort the thermal sensors are disposed; said unit is also equipped with tilting gear containing stationary frame and disposed thereon rotary frame for the retort disposition. The invention provides an increase of process line productivity and an improvement of quality of obtained diffusion coatings. |
