<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively utilize a pole and a road space since poles play a very important role though most poles are utilized only for stretching electric wires and telephone lines and form obstructions on roads. <P>SOLUTION: This pole is formed in such a manner that a wind mill power generation device and a solar power generation device are fitted at the top thereof and bridges are installed on the pole so that a space on the road can be used for generating energy.
