<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system and a print distribution method capable of processing an printing order quickly, even when a print error is generated in a printer for an print output. <P>SOLUTION: This printing system comprises an input terminal 10 for inputting image data of a photograph and a printing condition, a plurality of printers 50, and a print server 30 for controlling the printers. The print server is provided at least with an order control part 31 for distributing the order including the image data of a printing object, the printing condition and the like to the prescribed printer 50, when new image data are inputted or when the print error is written in a status control table 38a, and a print control part 32 for performing a print output in the assigned printing condition when the printing order is registered, and for writing error information in the status control table when the printing error is generated in the printer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
