<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system, a service server, a user terminal device, a store terminal device, an information providing method, and a program for it allowing a user to easily obtain desired information only by setting a field of identification information in setting of the identification information for specifying information. <P>SOLUTION: This user terminal device 20 operated by the user acquires related information by using a bookmark for specifying all/a part of broadcast contents and stores the acquired related information in coordination with bookmark information.
