<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer information management method that can easily be introduced. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises steps of a server 1 of: storing POS data in payment for commodities into a storage part 2 in association with a customer ID acquired in POS data acquirement; analyzing an inquiry via an electronic document from a customer with the specified customer ID; acquiring necessary POS data related to the customer ID of the user from the storage part 2, based on the analysis results of the inquiry; and transmitting the data acquired from the storage part 2 to a customer terminal 3 after converting the data into a prescribed communication form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
