摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material equipped with comprehensive damping characteristics, which can protect the composite material from fatigue while securing a stiffened property. <P>SOLUTION: The composite laminate structure is formed from at least one high-strength, high-stiffness fiber-resin composite structural lamina 20 laminated to at least one fiber-resin composite damping lamina 10; wherein the resin matrix of the structural lamina 20 resides below its glassification temperature (T<SB>g</SB>) and the resin matrix of the damping lamina 10 resides above its glassification temperature during normal use temperatures, thereby providing a high-strength laminate with improved damping characteristics. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
