<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of securing a relatively large area as a flat suction surface without enlarging a body. <P>SOLUTION: The narrow long body 10 composed of a synthetic resin mold is provided with attaching mounts 12 on both ends in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of contacts 20 are installed in parallel between the two attaching mounts 12. The contacts 20 are constituted of rectangular connecting pieces 22 which are penetrated and retained by the body 10; and pairs of terminal pieces 21 which are crossed orthogonally with the connecting pieces 22 from both end edges of the connecting pieces 22, extended in the direction crossed orthogonally in the longitudinal direction of the body 10, and soldered to each conductive pattern of each circuit substrate. In the body 10, the connecting pieces 22 of each contact 20 are penetrated and retained on one side in the widthwise direction. The opposite side to the extended direction of the terminal pieces 21 against the connecting pieces 22 on the facing surfaces with the circuit substrates is a flat surface and a part of the flat surface can be used as the suction surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
