<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric screwdriver which is capable of correctly setting torque without a torque sensor. <P>SOLUTION: According to the electric screwdriver which is PWM-controlled to control its motor power, torque data with respect to a PWM pulse duty ratio is practically measured beforehand to create a database.
