<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for preventing scatter of food or drink preventing clothes or bedclothes from becoming dirty with food and drink even when a care giver is absent at a time when a handicapped person, an aged person, a sick people or an infant takes a meal. <P>SOLUTION: The implement 10 for preventing scatter of food or drink is detachably fixed to the neck part of a wearer so as to be pendent down to the front part of her (his) chest to use. The implement 10 is set up so as to be continued to an almost U-shaped contact fixing part 1 and continuously coming in contact to the surface of the neck part of the wearer from the vicinity of the back side of one earlobe of the wearer to the vicinity of the back side of her (his) another earlobe through the vicinity of her (his) throat part, and its U-shaped bottom surface area. The implement 10 comprises the followings: a food and drink guiding part 2 extending to a chest part direction from the neck part and positioning in front of the chest part when worn by the wearer, and having projection parts at its both sides; a tray part 3 set up at a position opposite to the contact fixing part, and applicable to receive the food and drink fallen down from above; and a fixing tool 4 detachably or fixedly set up at the contact fixing part, and fixedly attached to the wearer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
