<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust removing tape which can freely sets the length thereof and inexpensively and easily forms dust catching sections, and to provide a tape dispenser for the dust removing tape. <P>SOLUTION: The dust removing tape is formed of a substrate sheet 11, and a plurality of notches 14 are made in the sheet so as to erect part of the substrate sheet on a side opposite to an adhesive side of the tape.
