摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient and inexpensive method for manufacturing a substrate for a liquid crystal display device, which is equipped with an organic layer with a projecting and recessing surface shape and contact holes and a photosensitive resin composition preferably used for forming the organic layer. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the substrate for the liquid crystal display device includes a step to form a photosensitive resin layer on a substrate (1), a step to make an active light ray irradiate the photosensitive resin layer imagewise so as to obtain a non-exposed part and an exposed part for forming the projecting and recessing shape for imparting a light diffusing function and the contact holes (2), a step to develop the photosensitive resin layer so as to form the projecting and recessing shape for imparting the light diffusing function and the contact holes (3) and a step to heat the photosensitive resin layer (4). The photosensitive resin composition to simultaneously form the projecting and recessing shape and the contact holes contains a binder polymer (a), a photopolymerizable unsaturated compound with one ethylenically unsaturated group (b1) and a photopolymerization initiator (c). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
