PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscosity measuring device capable of measuring suitably the viscosity of liquid, concerning the viscosity measuring device or the like capable of measuring the viscosity of liquid such as oil. SOLUTION: A vibrator 37 is constituted by bonding a piezoelectric element 33 inside a diaphragm 19, and an upper region 25 which is an upper space of the diaphragm 19 is approximately separated from the surrounding space by a measuring region restriction part 30 comprising a support part 29 and an upper wall part 21. A pair of communicating parts 39 are arranged oppositely on the root of the support part 29, namely, just on the upper parts of the diaphragm 19 so as to communicate the upper region 25 with the external space outside the measuring region restriction part 30.
