PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure easily adjustable in the mounting position of a swing door and preventing the swing door from flapping to open/close in the wind without using a damper. SOLUTION: Rotary shafts 34, 51 are rotatably inserted in shaft guide cylinders 31A, 31B, 32A, 32B, 32C of a swing door 10 and a door frame 20 arranged in a concentric manner, and prevented from slipping off. Adjusting clearances 33A, 33B, 33C, 33D are formed in at least two positions which are a position of the rotary shaft resisting the lifting force of the swing door and a position of the rotary shaft receiving the load of the swing door. A plurality of C-shaped adjusting pieces 40, 41, 42 are retractably fitted to the periphery of the rotary shafts between the adjusting clearances from the side. The mounting position of the swing door is adjustable by pulling out the adjusting piece, and resistance is applied to the opening/closing of the swing door by inserting the pulled-out adjusting piece in the other adjusting clearance.
