PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat without requiring a lock mechanism for locking a seat cushion in a use state or a lock releasing mechanism, capable of preventing play of the seat cushion in the use state. SOLUTION: The seat has a tip raising function for turning the seat cushion from the use state to a stored state. A link mechanism 30 for turning the seat cushion to the use state or to the stored state has a connection point (a connection pin 32) connected to the seat cushion side, and receives the energization force in one direction by an elastic body 36. When the connection point is moved from one side to the other side of a prescribed reference line L in the link mechanism 30, the direction of the energization force of the elastic body 36 is switched to turn the seat cushion to the use state or to the stored state.
