PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens array sheet by which light distribution characteristics (angle of field) in both vertical and horizontal directions of light beams transmitted through a lens array layer can be independently controlled, and for example, in the vertical direction, the light distribution can be controlled so that the upward light distribution may differ from the downward light distribution while appropriately reducing the light quantity toward the front side, and which can cope with optical characteristics required according to using situations. SOLUTION: In the lens array sheet, the lens array part is constituted as follows, a 1st lens array is constituted by arraying several semi-columnar convex cylindrical lenses in parallel with interposing gap parts, and several 2nd lens arrays constituted of a combined convex cylindrical lens which is constituted of two or more different kinds of curved surfaces are arranged in parallel in the gap parts of the 1st lens array, and the 1st lens array and the 2nd lens array are arrayed on the same base material while making the arraying directions of the arrays nearly orthogonal cross each other.
