PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging-cum-displaying case capable of displaying a commodity by beautifully opening the case by a simple work. SOLUTION: In a corrugated cardboard box obtained by overlapping and sealing internal flaps 4 and external flaps 6 each extended from each pair of end walls 1 and side walls 2, at least one outer flap 6 of the opposite outer flaps 6 is provided with a lateral cutting line 8 to cut the flap 6 with a cut tape C pasted on the rear face of the flap, leaving both sides parts, and a cutting line 10 is formed from the opposite end notches 9 of the lateral cutting line 8 to the tip end of the outer flap 6. In displaying, one outer flap 6 is laterally cut along the lateral cutting line 8 and is cut up to the tip end with a seal tape T from the notches 9 along the cutting line 10, while the other outer flap 6 is opened to retain the folded state to wind the inner flap 4.
